After right clicking on a server in the Spotlight on Messaging console and selecting Diagnose | Launch Diagnostic Console, you get the following error. The following error has occurred whle executing the action The Following plug-in is not installed: SoM - Exchange 20xx plug-in.
原因
The SOM Diagnostic Console is not installed.
対策
Launch the Spotlight on Messaging installer and remove Spotlight on Messaging.
Run the installer again selecting the Management Console and the Diagnostic Console with all required plug-ins.
