AADSTSxxxxxx: An unexpected, non-retryable error stemming from the directory service has occurred. Authentication type is informed: Active Directory Universal with MFA, Login and Application ID
原因
MFA connectivity is not supported for Managed Instance for Toad for SQL server 8.0
