1. Go to the Spotlight Diagnostic Server location: C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Diagnostic Server\Agent\bin (Just for reference, paths might differ) 2. Open the file "SpotlightDiagnosticServer.ini" in a text file 3. Find the line "-Djava.lang.Integer.IntegerCache.high=2000"
Please change the following line, from this:
"-Djava.lang.Integer.IntegerCache.high=2000"
To this:
"-Djava.lang.Integer.IntegerCache.high=3500"
This will give an extra buffer cache to process the 2000 Playback .DAT files.
4. Restart the Diagnostic Server Service and check
