Rollups are failing with error: "Cannot find the recovery point with id "
The issue has been identified as defect RR-109513.
Our development team has created a patch to fix this problem on version 6.3.0.5309. Please open a case with technical support to retrieve this patch.
Workaround:
To resolve the issue, please do one of the following:
- stop the Core service gracefully and start it back
Or:
- perform a repository check in Core console, More (...), Repositories, click on repository drop-down menu on the right side, Check.
Note: repository check process usually takes longer than stopping and starting the Core service.
