Note: Rapid Recovery License Portal is hosted in Microsoft Azure cloud so it's no longer tied to the specific IP address or IP range. It's imperative that corporate firewall can perform DNS name resolution queries instead of hardcoded IP/IP ranges so Rapid Recovery Core can communicate with the License Portal without issues.
If it's absolutely necessary to configure IP ranges, please download this list of public Azure datacenter subnets: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=41653
