Scheduled automation scripts are failing following a scheduled backup of the Toad Intelligence Central folder. The scheduled backup is set up using the Backup.bat from C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Toad Intelligence Central\bin.
This can occur when some automation scripts are scheduled to execute very frequently and the script runs while the Backup.bat is performing the backup.
原因
This issue is caused by the Backup.bat stopping the database service but not other Toad Intelligence Central services. This causes the automation scripts to fail; they are not restarted properly because the other services are never restarted.
対策
WORKAROUND Please contact the Technical Support to be provided with a Backup.bat which stops all services before performing the backup.
STATUS Waiting for a fix in a future version of Toad Intelligence Central.
