説明

When peforming a back up fails right after creating the snapshot with the message "API call failed with Message: The virtual disk is either corrupted or not a supported format"
原因

When snapshots were commiting the CTK file was not accesible and this is due to corruption on the CTK files
対策

To resolve this issue, create a temporary folder in the virtual machine folder.
Move all of the CTK files into the temporary folder.
Consolidate the snapshots for the virtual machine by right-clicking the virtual machine then Click Snapshot > Snapshot Manager > Delete All > Close.
