When AppAssure or Rapid Recovery is performing snapshot transfers the core server experiences a high nonpaged pool memory state. After a reboot of the server, nonpaged pool memory returns to a normal state of less than 1 GB, but after a transfer grows to the maximum amount of memory on the system. The total amount of growth corresponds directly with the amount of data transferred.
原因
This issue is not caused by AppAssure or Rapid Recovery. It may be caused when teaming two or more Broadcom network adapters using a Microsoft bridge.
対策
To resolve this issue, remove the Microsoft bridge and attempt a transfer with only one network adapater enabled. If this resolves the issue, update the Broadcom network drivers and install the Broadcom Advanced Control Suite (BACS). BACS should then be used to configure the NIC team as it will perform the necessary configurations to ensure a memory leak does not happen.
