Scheduled report and Service Desk Queue email fails to be sent when outbound relay SMTP configuration is set on port 25

Under Settings > Network Settings > SMTP, using only Server name and port 25 (Anonymous, no authentication required), can cause issues with Kace SMA Scheduled Report and Service Desk Emails.
