All backups are failing after the upgrade to 7.2.1

After the upgrade from version 7 to 7.2.1, all backups are failing with 'Error: -1 Backup process had an unexpected failure'.

WORKAROUND

Revert to supported version lower than 7.2.1. Backup the vRanger DB and catalog first or do not remove the existing databases during the vRanger 7.2.1 uninstallation. User can connect to these databases when installing the old or previous version.

The cause is not yet known. The backup.exe process seems to crash. An error trying to access a user temp folder is seen in the logs, then a login attempt is made, but the backup seems to crash during this login attempt. If the user can revert back to 7.0 and then upgrade to vRanger 7.1.1, the issue will likely go away. Moreso, If the user is willing, before they revert vRanger, it may be helpful to run Microsoft Sysinternals Procmon to capture what backup.exe is doing before the crash then send us the information to Dell Technical Support.
