The Portrait or Landscape mode it is actually available in Toad for SQL Server (TSS).
For printing items in an Edit SQL window, go to File Menu | Page Setup | and choose Portrait or Landscape | click OK.
For other windows in TSS (such as a Mater Detail Browser window and you highlighted an object on the left pane), go to File Menu | Print | the Preview window will appear | click on the Page Setup ‘icon’ (it’s in the File Menu | Page Setup as well), then choose Portrait or Landscape | click OK.
