In Toad for SQL Server 5.0.1, when viewing a print preview of the result grid (after running a select statement), you have to use the Page Setup options every time to alter the size of the paper (Letter to A4), the orientration and the margins. It always defaults to 'Letter' size. Is there any way to store default preferences for this setting?
