User closes Toad for Oracle far to the right or left of the screen. Next time Toad launches in the same position and the login window pop up is entirely off screen. User is unable to click or drag the screen back into view.
WORKAROUND:
1. At the login prompt, press ALT+SPACE+M. Then use the keyboard arrow keys to move the screen back on the desktop.
2. Alter the Toad.ini file.
a. Shut down Toad for Oracle.
b. Open the file C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\User Files\Toad.ini in a text editor.
c. Alter the value for MAINFORM.
STATUS:
An enhancement request has been submitted for implementation in a future version of Toad for Oracle.
Similar to the dual monitor issue, but happens on a single monitor.
