‘Export Data’ | choose ‘Insert Statements’ | everything under ‘Insert Into’ section are grayed out. The 'Include Schema' cannot be unchecked. (4308262)

Upgraded to 13.1. Export tables as Insert Statements, the option 'Include Schema' is checked and cannot be un-checked.

Example:

Go to Schema Browser | Tables | highlight a table | click on the ‘Export Data’ icon (left hand side) | choose ‘Insert Statements’ under format | and everything under the ‘Insert Into’ section are all grayed-out.  - This is not normal behavior. 

But if I go to the Schema Browser | Tables | highlight a table | click on ‘Data’ Tab on the right hand side | click on the ‘Export Dataset’ icon (right hand side as well) | choose ‘Insert Statements’ under format | everything under the ‘Insert Into’ section are all enabled.  - This is correct behavior. 

Also, if I do a SELECT * FROM CUSTOMERS in the Editor | press F9 to run it | click on the ‘Export Dataset’ icon | choose ‘Insert Statements’ under format | everything under the ‘Insert Into’ section are also all enabled.  - This is also correct behavior.
