How do you enable the Script Manager icons from Utilities | Script Manager? The buttons on the toolbar are grayed out

To enable the Script Manager icons from Utilities Menu | Script Manager, create a New Datafile first by clicking on the "New Datafile" button.
You will then be prompted to select some scripts and create a group name. After creating a Data File, the other icons in the Script Manager window should become enabled.
