Citrix install getting error "The PL/SQL language parser must have a rule named 'Toad_UserTables' (4304757)

In the Schema Browser, when I click on a table of package, I get error "The PL/SQL language parser must have a rule named 'Toad_UserTables'. Please correct this on the Editor-Behavior options page."

This was a Citrix installation and  first time running Toad.

This error will appear on the first run of a Citrix installed Toad because the User Files folder has not been created yet for you or your user. Shut down Toad and the User Files folder will be created in your Applications directory. Launch Toad a second time and you will not get those errors anymore.
