When importing an Excel file with 90,000 rows, Toad imports 65,535 rows only (4378791)

If you have an Excel file to import, and define for example row 2 for the start row, and the end row at 90,000 rows, it will import 65535 and not 89998 rows. 
The same issue also happen with Toad Data Point.

WORKAROUND:
Leave the import settings on 'Auto' rather than define specific rows. That by default will import all the rows in the worksheet.

If you need to specify a selection of rows within a worksheet, please leave it set to 'Auto' , but click the small Excel button/icon in the corner of the 'File Preview' section in the Import Wizard and you can select, or check the rows to be imported here. When you do either of these steps, it imports all expected rows.
