Quest Components are not installed on the database.
1. Execute Quest Components script on current database.
This script is named ZosInstallWizard.exe and by default is located under Toad installation folder: C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Toad for DB2 5.x\Plugins\DB2 folder.

When using Version 5.5

This error is suppressed in version 5.5 and a comment line has been added to note that the error has been redirected to exception log.
This allows for the script to be produced.
Note: The above solution still applies if the comment lines are wished not to be seen.
