Reordering Bookmarks

You can bookmark frequently accessed pages or favorite pages by marking them with a star icon. You can mark pages as favorites, manage favorite pages, and quickly access them.

This feature improves navigation efficiency by allowing users to bookmark frequently accessed pages. This feature is useful for administrators managing large environments where quick access to repetitive workflow is essential. The Favorites feature offers the following capabilities:

•
It is available in both Admin and System UI.
•
It supports up to 50 favorites per UI.
•
The bookmarks are saved for each user and per organization.
•
It supports only static pages and it does not support dynamic or context-driven pages.
•
It includes drag-and-drop reordering, search, and delete options.
•
If a user's access to a module is revoked after it was bookmarked, and the user clicks the bookmarked item from the favorites list, then the user is logged out.
Bookmarking a Page

There is a blank star icon that appears at the top-right corner of each page.

To bookmark a page,

1.
Click the icon on the page to open the Favorite dialog.
2.
Enter a suitable name for the page, in the text box.
3.
Click Save.
The icon changes to , indicating the page is bookmarked. The page appears in the bookmarked pages list.

You can view the list of favorite pages.

To view the favorite pages,

1.
Click the icon to open the Favorite pane.
The bookmarked pages list displays here. You can search the pages using the Search option.
Editing or Removing a Bookmark

You can modify, remove, or unmark previously bookmarked page (indicated by a blue star).
