Get Published Generic File
You can copy a published generic file from Toad Intelligence Central and save it locally as a new file.
Note: This feature is available in the Toad Data Studio Professional edition only and requires access to a Toad Intelligence Central server.
To copy a generic file from Toad Intelligence Central
- In the Object Explorer, select the file and click
, or right-click the file and select Operations | Get File.
- In the Save file dialog, browse to a location in which to save the file. Click Save.
- Toad saves the file and then asks you if you want to open it. Toad files and Excel files open in Toad. Other files open in the default program specified for that file extension.
Note: In the Object Explorer, all generic files are identified by the same icon 
, regardless of file type.
