While running the second script NORAv580-2.sql I am getting the below error and the script ends.

Canvas does not allow drawing
RESOLUTION
The error message "Canvas does not allow drawing" is possibly related to your O.S.
This is a Windows error caused by low GDI (Graphic Device Interface) resources. This error can occur when too many programs are open or the open programs are using a large amount of Windows resources.
Suggestion:
1. Reboot your local Windows O.S.
2. After restart, launch only TOAD application and connect as schema STAT/password
3. Simply run this script in TOAD. DO NOT COPY/PASTING THE CONTENT INTO TOAD EDITOR.
