Cause 1:Wrong ORACLE_SID exported in the environment
Cause 2: Wrong ORACLE_HOME in Shareplex Defaults.ymal under $PRODDIR/data
Option 1:
1. Shutdown SharePlex
2. Export the proper SharePlex environment and ORACLE_SID
3. Ensure the splex user can login to Oracle successfully
4. Start sp_cop
5. Run compare
Option 2:
1. re-install the current version of Shareplex with the correct ORACLE_SID and ORACLE_HOME
2. run ora_setup with the existing user
