Causa
Volume attribute is set to read-only, therefore shadow copy can't be taken and it shows the message: "Volume X:\ is not eligible for shadow copies"

Risoluzione
Need to clear read-only attribute from volume, here are the steps how:
- Open command prompt (CMD) as an administrator
- Type diskpart and press Enter
- List the volumes by using command List Vol and press Enter
- Select the volume having issues using command Sel Vol and press Enter
- Clear the read-only attribute using command attributes volume clear readonly and press Enter
- You can check the attribute is clear using command attributes volume and press Enter
