sort order of lists in UI dashboards--gives uppercase precedence instead of alphabetical. i.e. case sensitive.

In lists in UI dashboards of User names, Team names, etc, the sort order is not quite alphabetical. In any given position in the string, any uppercase/capital letter will take precedence instead of the alphabetical order. i.e. the sort order is case sensitive  .

Software Defect. This is being tracked as defect QMMP-1753: support case insensitive sort order for string name lists in UI dashboards.

This type of sorting consumes more memory and disk space. So we're not going to make the change to every single field where we could because some fields would have such a large impact on memory and disk space consumption that its not worth changing those fields. And those fields not worth changing are mostly different from the text string type fields users would be concerned about such as Account names and Team names. Most or all of those types of fields users would care about will have the sort change implemented.
