In order to remove media from the tape library you will need to first open the library door
To open a library door from WebUI:
1 In the Navigation pane, click Manage Devices.
2 In the list of devices, click the applicable library. Click Open Door.
The library goes offline when you open the door.
3 To bring it back online, click the library and click Close Door.
