Error:
AdFwd::Init() - PowerShell Result: Error: No snap-ins have been registered for Windows PowerShell version 2.:
[00000001] Incorrect function.
ERROR: [7559-1-220-00000001]
Risoluzione

WORKAROUND 1

Please go to the 'Exchange Server' section in Notes Migrator and confirm that '2010' is configured as target type.

WORKAROUND 2

If Exchange 2010 is configured as target type correctly, please try to re-register the NME PSHMEx.dll's and try again:
C:\windows\microsoft.net\framework\v2.0.XXXXX\regasm.exe "C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Quest Notes Migrator for Exchange\pshme.dll"
C:\windows\microsoft.net\framework\v2.0.XXXXX\regasm.exe "C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Quest Notes Migrator for Exchange\pshmev2.dll"

WORKAROUND 3

Restart the IIS service on the Exchange server
