When migrating a user with Migrator for Notes to Exchange (MNE), you may encounter the following error:
13:28:42 ERROR: [1813-31-83-00000719]Unable to autodiscover connection settings
13:28:42 [1817] User has no online personal archive
There are two main scenarios in which this error may occur:
Scenario 1:
If the desired target for the migrated data truly is an Exchange Online Archive, or Office 365 In-Place archive, then this archive mailbox will need to be created before attempting to migrate the data.
Scenario 2:
If you are not using Exchange Online Archives, or Office 365 In-Place archives in your environment, then you may have misselected the desired target when going through the MNE Migrate User Data wizard. If you go back through the Migrate User Data wizard, pay special attention to the screen titled "Select Destinations for Migrated Data" and select "Server-based mailbox" as opposed to "Server-based Personal Archive".
