Synchronization schedule has been set up, allowing DSA to work on certain hours. Looking at the logs it's clear that the schedule is 1 hour off, for example DSA was allowed to work from 6PM to 8AM only, instead it works from 7PM to 9AM.
This is a known issue, in some of the time zones, such as Japan Standard Time (JST) QMM DSA schedule will be 1 hour off, defect id for this is ST81920
DSA also does not follow the DST changes. When schedule is set up, current time zone of the DSA agent is used and the time is converted to UTC. The agent then starts working according to this schedule. If the time has changed 1 hour due to daylight saving, same UTC schedule is still in use, so the synchronization will be one hour off until the time goes back to previous state, defect id is ST50784.
The workaround is to reset the schedule after the daylight saving time changes.
If the time zone does not observe DST, workaround is to set the schedule 1 hour off so that it works in the intended hours.
