Decommissioned servers are still showing in the Management Console. (4340169)

When an Exchange server has been decommissioned it still shows in the Management Console and cannot be deleted.

The Management Console was open when the Exchange server was removed from Active Directory (AD). Additionally the server may still be included in some of the Tests.

1. Close the Management Console
2. Open the Management Console
3. Update all Tests ensuring that the decommissioned server is removed from any tests
4. Navigate to the correct Exchange Organization and Site name, the decommissioned server should now be greyed out in the list indicating that it no longer exists in AD
5. Right click the server and choose "Delete".
