Self Service Desktop Migrator (SSDM) crash when migrating caching mailbox on Windows Vista, and getting the following Application Error in the EventLog:
Faulting application _gwdtapp.exe, version 4.0.0.91, time stamp 0x4f2092ce, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 6.0.6002.18005, time stamp 0x49e03821, exception code 0xc0000374, fault offset 0x000afaf8, process id 0xdfc, application start time 0x01cd687062e1d043.
This due to the Groupwise Client version 7.x installed on the Windows Vista and have the Sharing Folders enabled.
WORKAROUND 1:
Remove all the Shared Folders before perform the migration with SSDM.
WORKAROUND 2:
Upgrade the Groupwise Client version to 8.0.0–8.0.2 or 2012.
