Workaround:
Backup the existing *ddl* cache files and copy over one DDL cache in <vardir>/state to another.
Example:
[oracle@xxxx-3xxx state]$ ls -ltr *ddl-state*
-rw-r--r-- 1 oracle oinstall 8 Jun 11 14:31 o.xxxx-ddl-state.22.a
-rw-r--r-- 1 oracle oinstall 8 Jun 11 14:33 o.xxxx-ddl-state.22.b
[oracle@xxxx-3xxx state]$ cp o.xxxx-ddl-state.22.a o.xxxx-ddl-state.22.b
