Error:
A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the pre-login handshake. (provider: SSL Provider, error: 0 – The certificate chain was issued by an authority that is not trusted.)

Risoluzione
Ensure that you follow the connection settings or properties set forth in the database itself i.e. choose "SQL Server Authentication" or "Windows Authentication" depending on how the database set to use. Also, do not check the "Encrypt Connection" if it is not required by the database.
