Error received when installing Knowledge Xpert for PL/SQL or Knowledge Xpert for Oracle Administrators:
"'C:\WINDOWS\System32\Msvcrt.dll' could not be opened"
Then the Installer is killed.
1. Check if user has local admin rights or at least privileges to read and write to that directory. C:\WINDOWS\System32
2. Save the installer to a local drive before executing it rather than installing across network or through the web browser off of the web site.
