Use the new KACE Agent app to review the status of the KACE Agent, force inventory, and display agent information using the Mac menu bar or Windows system tray, as applicable. The agent app indicates whether the agent is currently connected or disconnected. It also supports several basic right-click operations such as restarting the agent and forcing inventory. To access the app, you must enable the Agent Status On Device option under Communication Settings.

If you have multiple organizations, you configure Agent settings for each organization separately.
Once you check this box and save, your agents should begin displaying the tray icon as they perform their normal inventory check-ins.
Your agents will have to complete another check-in interval after they've upgraded to 9.0.167 and you've enabled the tray icon functionality.
