The Global Address List (GAL) on the Outlook Home toolbar is empty after Cached mode is enabled.
The GAL is still available when creating a new email.
This issue only occcurs if the Outlook mail profile was created by the client
WORKAROUND
1. Create the Outlook Mail profile manually.
2. Do not enable Outlook Cached mode
3. Access the GAL from a new email

Development is aware of this issue and has identified it as DAMS-448
