When user tries to connect to an Oracle database in Toad, Toad throws the following error message.
ORA-01034: ORACLE not available
ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist
The database may be down
The SGA requires more space than was allocated for it.
Please contact your Database Administrator as the issue is with the database, not Toad.
