When viewing a stripped message in the Outlook Preview Pane on a Vista workstation you may notice that the attachment is missing and when you open the message in its own window you see the following error where you would expect to see the attachment:
"Unable to save to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\xx with ADO Stream."
The Temporary Internet Files directory is set to Read Only.
Remove the Read Only attribute from C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files
