Unable to connect to the SQL server from migration console.
Possible causes:
1. Trying to access a SQL Express from a remote migration console, when it is not enabled.
2. The SQL native client is not installed for Migrator for Notes to Exchange (MNE).
Resolutions:
1. SQL Express does not allow remote connections by default. To be able to connect to this server remotely please enable remote connections on the SQL Express server. Refer to Microsoft KB Article: 914277 - "How to configure SQL Server 2005 to allow remote connections"
2. Install the SQL native client on the remote Migrator for Notes to Exchange console.
