Deleting a queue isan extensive operation and is not found in the obvious place. Even if your helpdesk contains only a few tickets you should do the following before deleting a queue otherwise it may take hours.
You can create a queue form the queue list page (Service Desk | Configuration | Queues), but you cannot delete a queue from the queue list page.
