bbnt.exe is installed but the client service: "Big Brother Professional Client Edition 4.0" does not start. The following error is posted in the Windows Event Viewer application log: "Faulting application bbnt.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.2.3790.3959, fault address 0x0002a754."
Product Defect
1.) Make a backup of the current bbnt.exe file.
2.) Stop the client service in the GUI interface of the Big Brother client by clicking the Stop Service button or stop the Big Brother Professional Client Edition 4.0 in services.msc.
3.) Save the attached bbnt.exe in the same directory as the old. Run the new executable.
4.) Restart the service.
