Below error occurs, using Import Table Data, when input Access file has mismatched precision lengths with table columns. Earlier versions of Toad also showed which columns and width differences along with this error:
"ORA-01438: value larger than specified precision allowed"
Toad 11.5 does not show the faulting column names.
This issue has been resolved in Toad for Oracle 12.1.
