Getting message "Sorry. The view is not authorized".
Descrizione

When access a Dashboard the user is getting the following message
"Sorry. The view is not authorized".
An Alarm gets triggered
"HOSTNAME. The user account configured for the Agent does not have sufficient permissions to collect data. Please review the agent configuration and ensure the correct account is being used and that this account has the necessary permissions in the VMware environment {Permission=System.View}."
Causa

Foglight administrators can configure the browser interface for to control end user access to dashboards. This is done by implementing role-based permissions.
Risoluzione

To create a new Fogligh user Account with Admin privilegies:
1. Navigate Dashboards | Administration | Users & Security.

2. Select Users and Security Management dashboard

3. Over the User Management dashboard

- Click on the New User and follow the wizard
- Over the Group Assignment Select All of them
- Create a Username/Password
