1. On a machine where you have the Search Exporter installed go into the Archive Manager Website.
2. In the Email Search click on the Mailbox Tab and select the mailbox you want to export the Calendar
3. Click on the Folder Drop down menu below the Mailbox and select Calendar
4. Click Date Range and select the range you want to search and hit Search
5. When that is completed you will see that it will have a count of Items
6. Click the Export button, and that will save a file.
7. Open the file and the Search Exporter will open
8. You can then export the Calendar to the format you desire that is available in the drop down menu.
Note: It is not possible to export calendar items based on the appointment date. The Search Exporter's result depends on the search condition. As it is not possible to search a calendar by the appointment time(which is the content/property of the calendar), it is not possible to export them by the appointment time.
