You have received your license file and you are trying to import the license file into vRanger and you get a message
“The specified license file is invalid.Please select a different valid license file”.
Saved the license file attachment in the email to another location
You open the saved license file attachment with notepad and there is no text in the license file. The saved file is 0 KB in size.
Your email system has allowed you to download the license file but due to security settings in the email system, the XML text has been removed while saving.
1. Open the empty license file in Notepad
2. Open the license file attachment in the email
3. Copy and paste the contents to the empty license file and save the file
4. Import the newly saved license file
