How to Schedule Core Reports

Rapid Recovery 6 introduces the capability to schedule reports from within the Core console. The report then generates on the schedule you defined until you pause or delete the report. You must specify email notification and delivery, or you must specify a location to save reports. You can also choose both options.

Complete the steps below to schedule a report within the Core console.
1. Navigate the Core console, click the More icon in the upper left hand corner.
2. Click reports.
3. In the upper left hand corner with the report type, click the drop down and select "Scheduled Reports."
4. To create a report, click "Add."
5. A "Set Reporting Schedule Wizard" will pop up require user input.
6. On the "Destination" page of the wizard, put in the email addresses to receive the reports as well as select the option to save the the report in a specific location.
7. The page provides the execution schedule for the reports.
8. When everything is set up, click Finish to save the schedule report.
9. To edit and manage schedule reports return to this page of Core Console.
