How to allow more time for a KACE script to run before it times out? -

By default, a KACE Agent suspends a running process after 1 hour. This will cause a script to stop running if it continues on longer than this.

Agent timeout settings can be adjusted to different values. KACE Agent Process Timeout configuration can be set to 15 min, 30 min, 1 hour (default) and 2 hours. If KACE SMA has multiple organizations, configure Agent settings for each organization separately:
- If the Organization component is enabled in KACE SMA, log in to the KACE SMA System Administration Console, http://KACE_SMA_hostname/system, then click Organizations, select [Organization] and see Process Timeout under Communication settings:
- If the Organization component is not enabled (Non-Multi-Org KACE Appliance) on your appliance, select Settings > Provisioning. Then click Communication Settings on the Provisioning panel.
