No data shown on Custom Applications Monitor for Weblogic Server

There is no data shown in the "Custom Applications Monitor" when Weblogic is integrated with JAVAEE Agent. No information shown in the Agent logs except this error as shown below.

Preinstrumentation not done correctly.

1. Go to FMS console | Dashboards | Administration | Agent Status | <Agent-Weblogic> | Edit Properties | Modify properties for this agent.
2. If starting up Weblogic Server using "startup scripts" then Integrate WebLogic Servers script
3. Hit the "Edit" Tab button for "Domain Startup Scripts (WLS 9.0+)
4. Copy the correct location for the domain_home
For instance, "C:\WLS\user_projects\domains\base_domain"
5. Activate <Agent-Weblogic>
6. Go to domain_home location and start "Weblogic Server"
7. Go to NodeManager location and start "NodeManager"
