Partner SR Instructions

Partners who have signed in to the support portal have the ability to open service requests on behalf of their end user customers through the support portal.

 

From the Contact Us page, navigate to the create service request form

On the create service request form complete the following steps:

Select the desired product

Select yes for the question “is this service request for a customer?”

Select customer account via drop down list. If this is for a POC or trial customer, select Quest Partner POC account.

 


OR choose ”select option to choose customer account or asset number”*


 

 

 

Click Next

Enter the mandatory details to complete logging the service request to receive a technical SR Number. (Mandatory fields contain an asterisk and a description)

*For certain products, the license field will not appear. For these products, you will choose the product in the drop-down list and select the correct end user account.
