Copy/Move Error: Access Denied (4286240)

Copy/Move action results in the error message below:

Access Denied "system.Net.WebException: The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized. At System.Web.Services.Protocols. SoapHttpClientProtocol.ReadResponse(SoapClientMessage message, WebResponse response, Stream responseStream, Boolean asyncCall)"

1. Open the ControlPoint Configuration Site (e.g. http://servername:1818).
2. Select the ControlPoint Settings List and expand the "Discovery Performance" category.

   

3. Edit the SPEEDDISCOVERY parameter so it's value is blank.

   

4. Save the parameter.
5. Recycle the ControlPoint application pool in IIS Manager.
6. Run the Discovery job.
