This article talks about creating mailNickname (Alias) value of mail-enabled contact in Active Directory (AD) as FirstName.LastName for a Notes user with a script.
Risoluzione
1- Go to Advanced Settings of the connector
2- Select Users tab
3- Select Provision Attributes tab
4- Select Key: mailNickname
5- Press Remove button
6- Press Add Script button
7- Select Target Attribute: mailNickname
8- Add the following
- $parts = $srcObj["mail"].split('@')
  $values = $parts[0]
  $values
9- Select OK
10- Select OK
11- Perform a new sync
Please perform the same process for Update Attributes as well.
Informazioni aggiuntive

Internet Address of the source object needs to be FirstName.Lastname@domain.com. Please test this custom setting in a lab environment or use a filter based on a single source object before taking it into the production.
